There are fans of these teams everywhere. The vast majority of these fans who live outside of the metro area of each respective team, at least as far as I'm concerned, have to be posers. Does anyone have any respect for these people?

My cousin who is 34 is a Lakers, Red Wings, Yankees, Packer fan. He has been awfully quiet on Social media the last few years.

If a dude grew up in Chicago metro and is a fan of another city's team, the guy is probably unloyal, a snitch, a coward, lazy with a bad personality. I'm not pulling these accusations out of my ass, they are all explainable and true.

I tend to agree, but I'll make an exception for a legacy situation. If your grandfather was a Yankees fan, and your dad was a Yankees fan, I'm not going to look down on you if you're a Yankees fan.
