I may have missed it, but have any of the players/hazers been called out or accused?
They are technically considered adults being 18 or older.

With today's climate, especially TODAY, the hazers may well put a bullet in own their heads. A bully might as well be a serial killer.

Kids are now supposed to be thoughtful and mature 60 year old adults. People who have never seen a locker room are outraged by what happens in a locker room.

I wouldn’t have liked it cuz I hate being naked in front of a bunch of guys. Always have. In high school I put the towel over the wall of the shower stall. Put my underwear on under the wrapped towel at my locker. Got dressed quickly. Nobody saw me naked.Hell, I don’t even like being naked when I’m alone.

But elite athletes are different. They love being naked for the most part.

I just hate that the pretend woke like Bernstein are gonna act like it’s the end of the world.

If I were NU, I'd immediately be on the phone with Jim Leonhard. Young. Big Ten background. Well regarded in his short time as a coordinator. Little bit of successful head coaching experience in an interim year. Passed over for the full time HC for a flavor of the day hire so he is currently available.

He's defensive minded so the transition from Fitzgerald will be minimized. He's got pro credentials. He's won without 5 star recruits.

Another guy from left field John Holocek. Incredibly successful run at arguably a top five high school program in the state. Won at a school that does require the kids to be students. Big Ten roots. Pro credentials. Just retired from HS but only 51.

School president was pressured. And this does show a lack of institutional control on the part of the HC. Honestly, I'm surprised the AD wasn't thrown into the wood chipper too. Let's be honest, NU announcing this at like 5 on a Friday in the summer shows they were just hoping it would fly under the radar, and they got hit with enough blowback that it had to happen. I'm sure this was stuff that dates back to when Fitz was playing there, too...I'm sure he knew it was going on, but I won't go as far as to say he encouraged it. That said, firing him had to happen. No way he was going to survive this kind of thing, at least at a Big 10 school in a major market.
