I didn't watch as closely as I would've liked, but Love didn't look quite as good as I anticipated. It's hard to draw any conclusions given that he wasn't asked to do much tonight. I do like his footwork, though.

Sounds good, I don't know why, but this had me like can't wait for the season to start.

He made generally quick decisions. He was generally off target and looked a little nervous. His best throw was probably his 5 yard touchdown pass, but he had 12 seconds to throw the ball.

I wasn't impressed. This wasn't Eagles Love. It was closer to the kid who started against the Chiefs. That's encouraging.

Well at least you got to see a good offensive line.

I did. That concerns me. Watson also looks open on every play.

The Benegal line looked good?

I was good with last night, nothing really surprised me and I believe we came out healthy.

I just the touchdown again, it wasn't 12 seconds but it was clean.

Clifford shows flashes when he isn't being erratic. Maybe you have something there.

A lot of good supposedly in camp, but I take it with a grain of salt. Fucker wasn't scared last night though.

I thought Love was fine. He commanded the offense, made the correct reads and made them quickly. His throw to Musgrave was shit but his other throws were good. It was nice to see a the little flare pass to the RB completed while the RB was in stride instead of the QB torpedoing it into the ground. I don't like the kicking situation. Even on the kicks he made his feet were all squirly before the kick. Do whatever funky set up you need to do but get set already and stop dancing. I was dissapointed that Musgrave looked so much better than Kraft.

Fields didn't have an incompletion. He threw a touchdown nearly every time he threw the ball. Let me get those reins! #BEARSSS

Absolutely. Watson shows all the signs of being a star in the making.

The Packers are also just very good at scheming their receivers open and running very fluid play-action. They're going to make things as easy on Love as possible.

Your "coach" has been Aaron Rodgers.

It's pretty exciting. A lot of national people are taking notice of the talent this GB offense has. Could be a fun year.

There are no excuses other than he needs reps.

I think he's a pretty good offensive coordinator, but maybe a less than stellar head coach. He may have been promoted to his level of incompetence. This season should tell the story now that Rodgers is gone, and I will therefore be watching with great interest.

They have Watson, a good offensive line and a shitload of question marks. They have a significantly older version of the person roster, and they're in cap hell.

That’s nonsense. In addition to shedding Rodgers albatross they will move on from Bak, P Smith, and A Jones - which will put them well under the cap. They will have to extend Gary and Love, but they still will be in good shape. The only loss that will hurt is Jones but that’s the nature of the business at that position.

I can tell you already that at least Bakhtiari won't be on that and a good chance Aaron Jones won't be either.

Always a good move to cut the only reason you win games (Rodgers) to create cap space for the chance to...what, exactly?
