Nor is Beane or any other person who is currently in the top baseball position for a small market team. The Sox are basically a half step up from a place like Tampa or Milwaukee. The Sox are going to have to hire someone who is a GM under a president of baseball opps or someone lower down the totem pole.

Yeah. He might say no. But Reinsdorf needs to put on the charm in the interview. I think Reinsdorf has respect from Theo. He knows how loyal he has been to his employees for the most part. Kenny and Rick had jobs for a couple of decades with mostly bad seasons.
