As the White Sox have demonstrated, 100 loss teams find ways to lose games they should have won.

Ross gave them the game three times (leaving Cuas in too long, using Fullmer just off the IL in a save situation, having PCA try and steal third) and the Rockies players just couldn't figure out how to take it.

yeah, if les was still around, he'd also see happ's disappointing season. finally got moved down the order.

scores of OFs, let alone LFs in both leagues with much higher averages and HRs. i'd venture to say if happ was hitting 30 points higher (.270), the cubs are in 1st place. bellinger and suzuki (recent times), hitting behind happ, would have driven many more runs. guys like gomes have picked happ up. happ needs to get going.
