I flipped over this morning halfway into an apology they were making for a commercial or something that aired on the show this week while Mully was out. Apparently many people wrote in very upset. Anybody catch what that was about?

we had a spot that played a couple of times on the show earlier in the week when Mully wasn't here. We had some people that were upset that we were airing the spot and the content it was selling in it. A collective decision to take it off the air was made, and so we did.

We decided an apology was necessary because so many people called/e-mailed/texted in saying it was inappropriate for our air.

Hope this helps!! Happy Halloween!!!

I thought I heard a commercial for Ashleymadison (like a match.com but for married people who want to have affiars) this week. Maybe that is it.

bwahahaha, CBS radio is laying people off left and right to save money and you get an advertiser who is paying you to air spots and you take it off the air because a couple people in rural Illinois got all butt hurt! Oh that's right it's upper management making decisions at a CBS owned station, it's always a fucking disaster.

What the hell? The Score and M&H shouldn't apologize for this ad. Take whatever money they can get. It's a sports station. So what if it's sort of a hooker service? Technically it's not.

Most people weren't offended I'm sure. I would have just laughed if I heard it. I'm sure that was the reaction of most people. The people who weren't laughing were quickly writing down the web site address.

Good enough for Ellen but to edgy for the Score.

So, to use this service, does one actually have to be attached? I mean, just for shits and giggles...

I heard ESPN was airing commercials on tv for ashleymadison.com (you can find them on youtube) and they pulled them as well. Personally, I find it humorous that people are outraged over the site. If someone wants to cheat they will find a way.

Ashley Madison: not good enough for WSCR, but good enough for: Howard Stern, Dr. Phil, Larry King, Fox News, Ellen, 20/20.
