they found a team willing to trade up for Bryce Young. by your logic they should have just drafted Bryce Young.

The Bears were still trying to decide on Fields, and I don't think Young or Stroud excited them. It's different this year. The Bears have a roster that can compete, especially if the quarterback is good to great.

The Bears have a great opportunity, they are a young team with some good young players. They are in a unique position to really capitalize. However, if I were a Bears fan I would be really hoping the QB they are really eyeing is someone other than Caleb Williams.

What's your beef with Unbel13vable?

Poles made a shrewd move knowing Carolina would likely be terrible in 2023, that being said, if the Panthers take CJ Stroud instead, the Bears are picking 9th and 15th in April. I wouldn't go back to that well again.

Yeah, a good quarterback can turn things around quickly. Washington wasn't that far away from picking around 10th. They started intentionally tanking at the end. This is assuming they would part with a 2025 first round pick. I think that's unlikely. That gets a GM fired if he's wrong.

C-Will's dad arranging for a private measuring by Bureau international des poids et mesures (BIPM); he'll license that data for limited use to teams willing to pay $$$$$$ for the 411 and sign an NDA.

Meanwhile Fields completed 22/30 passes with three sacks while playing catch with the new wide receivers coach.

Next you'll be hearing that Caleb Williams will only be measured if he is allowed to wear the boots once worn by Prince Rogers Nelson as he performed on stage. Book It!

Are we overlooking Justin Fields' true potential?

No Doubt.

I saw this lazy graphic on ESPN. Now add interceptions, fumbles, wins/losses, and QBR. Do you want me to? No doubt you don't.

Yes, full stats matter. Not cherry picked stats.

I thought a poor man's LJ was his ceiling. Hopefully, he reaches that with his next team.

Let's see what constitutes "cherry picked" around here. More TDs and Nearly as Many Yards from scrimmage as the league MVP. Hmmn. Surely "no big deal" apparently.

In their last 20 games Lamar Jackson has 8 interceptions. Fields has 14. For those who are CPS educated, 14 is more than 8.

Wake me when L.Jackson wins or even makes it to the Super Bowl. I want my QB to be compared to P.Mahomes not L. Jackson

You think people in Green Bay and Houston or saying, "Boy, J.Love or C.J. Strout sure are close to becoming the next L.Jackson "

I'm sure they would love to have a 2 time MVP. The bar isn't SB or bust.
