Which is a silly notion to conceive since they have the #1 overall pick. You don't ever secure a #1 overall pick to merely "upgrade" a position. You secure the #1 overall pick in order to draft Stars to Superstar caliber players. It's a "wasted" pick if all you do is "upgrade" the position by removing a player whom you believe to be terrible and replacing him with someone that is only slightly better.
