30 catches for 400 yards last season. Now getting $13 million per season. I suspect the Falcons know Cousins will find him and get him the ball.

3 years, $39 million..... unbelievable

If he is able to reproduce his stellar 2023 season, he will make $420k per catch.

Well now he has a quarterback who can actually get him in the ball when he’s open, so it shouldn’t be hard to far exceed the stats he put up last year

Guys need to understand there's a difference between throwing the ball far vs being a quarterback. The former doesn't always mean you're good at the latter.

Jameis neither protects the ball or is more accurate.

Who is going to explain Drew Lock is better than fields. Still trying to rap my head around that one.

he may or may not be, but he is only $5 mil and requires no draft compensation.

I'm still waiting for you to tell me who you wanted, Bob. There's zero professional accountability for being wrong, but you're still pissing your pants about it. Grow a pair, my friend. I know you hate everything someone else does, but now you have to opportunity to share what you would do instead. None of the vague bullshit. Put some names on it.

He's a big target that doesn't drop a lot of passes. If the medicals are fine, I wouldn't have an issue with him as a bridge receiver. Who do you want, Bob? What players should Poles sign? What free agents should Poles have been willing to overpay for?

neither does taking 50,000 ben franklins in your backyard and lighting em on fire...the 50,000 burning bens might have a slightly better QBR in 2024

I don't think the Bears have to trade up for Odunze. I doubt they will. There's an outside chance Nabers and Odunze could be there at 9.

1. C-Will
2. Daniels
3. MHJ
4. Nabers
5. Bowers
6. Maye
7. Alt
8. Turner
9. Odunze

1. C-Will
2. Daniels
3. Maye
4. MHJ
5. Bowers
6. Alt
7. Olu
8. Turner
9. Nabers/Odunze

Do never take a tight end to be a tight end in the 1st round.

Definitely do not take an undersized, meh blocking TE in the top 10 when there are better pass catchers on the board still:

MHJ/Nabers/Odunze should all come off the board before you draft the undersized, over-hyped Brock Bowers.

Who's the last TE taken in the 1st round who justified the pick with their NFL career? Olsen?

In theory, you draft a TE to provide run/pass blocking in addition to catching passes. Bowers undersized and poor pass-blocker, even against college competition.

I dunno if everyone is amazed these TEs can sometimes rack up WR type numbers in college, but it rarely to never translates to pro at a level worthy of top 10 pick.

See Kyle Pitts and his 6 TDs career (1, 2, 3 <-- Pitts TD receptions per season so far )

Don't let the pre-draft nonsense diminish what Bowers is. If healthy, he's going to be a stud. He's the perfect guy for the offense and they have an opening. They're taking him if they don't trade out of that spot.

still think the Chargers will see too much value in trading out of the 5th overall to a QB seeking team like the Vikings.

But if they stay there, I'd expect Harbaugh to go OT with Alt @5 before he takes a meh blocking TE.
