The 70's are probably my favorite decade for rock, but there's an awful lot of bad 70's rock on that station.

I'm guessing you mean HD2. HD1 is the regular FM feed.

"HD Radio" is dead technology, by the way, and I believe more and more stations are shutting off their HD2 and HD3 subchannels. The only real purpose they serve is to lease them out for backdooring translators into a crowded market by alleging that they're repeating a subchannel, and I don't even think that racket is going as strong as it used to.

I was going to ask why do it? Extra time spent programming and no extra revenue.

Yes they did. Q-101's is basically Bob & Tom and then something calling itself "The Loop."

That sounds like a good preview of what radio is like in Hell.

The Drive's DOES sound good and like what classic rock radio used to be before 80's butt rock took over the format, but yeah, probably enjoy it while you can.

I think they still legally identify as an HD1, which presumes the existence of an HD2, but someone on the other board said Audacy shut all those down. Which makes sense. They're broke.
