This will be my fourth year taking Two Post and Three Post to Disney in Orlando. Every year I feel it’s overpriced but every year I leave thinking those were three of the most fun and enjoyable days of the year.

Agreed.

Do you do any fishing while there? A former board member highly recommends it.

What does a current board member think about the My Disney Experience Mobile App?

You should keep a couple tampons in there just in case you find yourself needing to plug a leak.

I’m actually there as I write this; currently trapped in some nerd Star Wars ride during a downpour.

The app is delightful.

Agree with both. I def preferred the old fastpass, but it is nice to log on and not have to schlep half way across the park to grab your ticket. Having to wake up at 7am to get the lightning lanes was kinda shitty.

Using the app for check in, check out, room keys, etc does make it a breeze.

You just get to skip the hour long wait in line but from what I remember Antioch actually enjoys a long wait in line for food because he can look at his phone.

An Expensive Chefs knife is 100% worth it vs. a Cheep knife. Especially if you like cooking at home a nice sharp chefs knife makes a world of difference!

Also some food stuffs that is totally worth it:
1 - Expensive Butter like KerryGold or Lurpak vs. generic store brand is like night and day
2 - Good quality extra virgin olive oil vs. cheap olive oil is like night and day
3 - Grass Fed/Finished Beef vs. Non Grass Fed is worth it.
4 - Quality Maple Syrup (i.e. real bourbon barrel aged) vs. cheep syrup is worth it.

It allows you to pay extra for certain rides, so it’s more about convenience. It’s not set up to offset inflation like the McDonald’s app.

I think both apps, for some similar and some different reasons, are designed to make each company more money. But keep driving your fast food app research inflation angle into the ground, it is very on brand for you.

Enjoy Disney.

We bought peaches last year in MI that were from family orchards, at corner produce stands where you left cash in a box.

The family couldn't believe the difference.

Yes nothing like a proper summer peach. You can get similar at some of the weekend summer farmers markets. Palatine has a good one.

Peaches are overrated, as are stone fruits in general. I'm far more partial to melons of all shapes and sizes.

Plugra is a really nice European butter - It's not as tangy which I prefer for baking. Buerre de Baratte is suppose to be the best but I've never ordered it.

I got a peach the other day and it was almost rubbery. Weird texture. Nothing beats a good peach but they are so rare.

What could possibly be more overrated than an apple?
