I'm OK with a dork who wants to talk about comic books, superhero movies, and his Lance Briggs fetish, but you need to be able to formulate an original--or at least coherent--thought about those niche topics to maintain my interest. Holmes has never been able to do that. He has pretty good interviewing skills--as far as Score hosts go, at least--but he really doesn't offer much beyond that. He's a thin-skinned narcissist whose sports knowledge amounts to little more than a recitation of advanced stats that anyone with access to Google can find. Despite all of these flaws, however, he's still less annoying than Leila.

He tries to overcompensate for his obvious narcissism by constantly talking about how hard he is rooting for other members of the media, especially women. It comes off as super phony and of course, narcissistic, talking about how he's such a good guy for "helping" so many people.

he's all over the place...you can't fool yourself and maybe some of this anxiety comes from guilt born from his hypocrisy. i'm sure what's going on in the middle east, isn't helping. the social movement that he thought could cleanse his chicago-accent radio guy past (wildebeests/duke lacrosse) would extend and continue to bank his career - wants his nation destroyed and his people removed from ancestral lands that mean so much to him, he refuses to share that with his audience.

why?

because he's suspicious of americans who fly an american flag at their house, everything is a 'trope' or a 'dog whistle', but will talk hebrew calligraphy on a sport show. all you need to know. i can be nationalistic and proud of my heritage and religion, not you.

With Bernstein I have no rules. It still bugs me when him and his clown partner used to make fun of Ron Santo's eating habits and his amputations back in the day. That was uncalled for just because they didnt like him as a color guy on the Cubs broadcasts. He's a scumbag POS. Now I know why he sticks up for LGBQT people as it looks like his daughter is a carpet muncher.
