I think they believe they can win this year. Because of Caleb being an unknown, I'm not sure I can share their optimism. If he shows promise before the deadline, I'm cool with giving up a 2nd for a significant upgrade. I didn't see Judon as that, even for a 3rd.

Sounds like we agree here.


That said his willingness to throw away assets irritates me to no end. I’d understand more if it were a younger player that was worth the cost but that’s not the case here. I think he’s going to need these higher picks in next years draft to build this O-line because I think it’s going to be a huge problem this upcoming season.

That was always going to be a bad qb draft class. Pickens was over drafted even in the back half of the first round
