PCA has got a ton of crap this year and deservedly so. But the last month or so he seems to have figured it out. He has been hitting well, including 4 hits today. Had a crazy inside the park HR last week. And he has even had some triples along the way and according to some that is MVP level

it was clear to me he was pressing...he saw and hit the same triple A pitchers that fan-favorite canario was hitting with iowa. pca took a beating here last sept.,a 21 y/o who was trying too hard. joe cooled it when he embarrassed himself. pressed again this year, the guy is spasm, regardless - his talent is coming out and i expect more and more as his confidence grows and he becomes more familiar with how he's getting pitched and from whom.
