Lance Briggs. I happen to like the drunk drivers who don't get caught

Lance Briggs almost certainly would have been high on the list if he hadn't abandoned his Lamborghini on the Edens. (He gets extra credit for crashing his Porche into the bartending school).

Why can't he be like a normal person and take an uber and spend the next day figuring out where the car got towed?

Surprised they wrote up a former NFL QB and local college star QB.

Franklin maybe they see enough rich guys / celebs that if they didn't write em up they'd not bring in any revenue from moving violations. Maybe pay some taxes, y0, and you will get let off for these things, if you're a Jay Cutler (like being a Kennedy in Massachusetts); then the local PD wouldn't need the revenue to survive.

Drunk AF on Thursday afternoon, hell yeah, livin' the dream.

Jay needs to meet him a local meth-chick, Dirk Nowitzki style. Plenty of em around the area, more difficult to find a NON meth chick around there. He won't be swervin' and slurrin' after she bumps him up leaving the bar. At least ask the bartender for an adderall-n-redbull for the road.

True story.

My old man passed Ditka on the road as he was getting arrested for a DUI. He literally saw him getting the field sobriety test. My dad said “Glad they got him and missed me.”

$2K? In Franklin? That ain't gonna move many meters in that town. Add some zeros in front of the comma and maybe offer em a slice of your podcast empire, if he still has it. Hasn't released any new podcasts in 2 years it looks like.

Coordinated PR stunts by Jay and his ex? Did get em trending on social media

I thought his diabetes means he "can't" drink in that it was very dangerous for his kidneys or something?

Cedric Benson, running back for the NFL's Chicago Bears was recently charged with driving under the influence...on a boat. He failed a sobriety test on the 30-foot boat and then had to be subdued with pepper spray and dragged ashore by officers after resisting arrest.

Benson should be higher on this list.

To be fair my source is Dr. Dan Bernstein, because I vaguely remember a caller during the Cutler Years talking about either Jay being spotted at a bar the night before a game, or drunk somewhere after a game, and Dan dismissed it because he said Cutler can't drink because of the diabeetus.

EDIT: Come to think of it I may be conflating callers complaining about Jay's diabetes and low blood sugar as a reason for why he sucked with Dan being very disappointed that Josh Hamilton appeared on Facebook or some early social media holding a beer.

Any millionaire who gets a DUI these days is a total fucking idiot and deserves to go to prison for at least a year and pay a hefty fine to whatever person's family suffered a loss of a family member to a drunk driver.

Orly? You get popped for driving home after two glasses of wine at olive garden and you should go to jail?

169% agree, well, 168% -- dude's getting pinched rolling dirty and drunk through downtown fat city Tennessee in the middle of the goldarn day in the middle of the goldarn week ===> he'd be ubering everywhere he wanted to go if he refused to ever drive under the influence. And uber makes you unload your weapon and lock it in the trunk--if they let you bring it with you at all.

Cutler's chronically degenerative CTE's making it so he only feels right when everything's wrong.
