it's rather hilarious Bears/Packers fans going at it in this thread when they're the 3rd and 4th best teams in the division. Packers had to sign Love long term but I'm not sure he'll a)stay healthy and b)fix the mentality that he seems to have that he can throw it anywhere he wants no matter the coverage. He's the opposite of how Caleb played today where he held the ball forever.

Wow, look who shows up with his wonderful no good thoughts. The standings do not backup what you say.

Long career as a backup QB. So yes, good. Do you not think his talents would be valuable?

Grunt once if yes. Go Pack if no.

6-2, how are your Bears doing? Oh that’s right, very comfortable in the bottom of the division.

The Great Jordan Love has 15 touchdown passes, and actually starts.

Nothing yet, other than it is a groin injury. The 6-2 Packers will forge on.

Chester just said they don’t think Love’s injury is serious, but my guess is he misses the Lions game and then we have a bye.

He isn’t pace for that, and again don’t watch him play if you don’t want to.

In 5+ games he has 9 picks. By my math that comes out to 30+ over a 17 game schedule

Great, now enjoy watching whoever you want play football, I am going to continue to watch Love. I think his future is very bright.

Packers have the 2nd best record in the division and in the entire NFC.

Maybe you're concerned with Love's ability to stay healthy but thats just kind of a dumb take. he's had two short term injuries so far, shit happens, but it's not really a big deal nor predictive of future injuries.

Gutey and Lafleur have a strong argument for best GM/HC combo in the NFL. The Willis trade looks very savvy right now. Evan Williams and Edgerrin Cooper look like above average starters, Gutey's recent draft track record is second to none right now.

The INTs are annoying but if "Love is Favre lol" is the worst someone can say about him, I'll take a third straight HOF guy. The offensive production is good enough so far to have negated the turnovers and result in a 6-2 record with the two losses being one score games with one on a shitty soccer field and the other with a hobbled Love all game.

Detroit is a juggernaut and should be considered the class of the division and NFC right now, we'll see how we look against them this week, but all things considered there's not much to complain about from a GB fan perspective. If they are relatively healthy come playoff time I like their chances against anyone.

The irony is this could be a perfect game to start Willis since it’s likely to become a run heavy slog. As is, that could be bad for the Packers since Detroit has a top OL and the Pack are not strong up the middle.

Too bad the Bears play at around the same time.
