This happened last year too and then he caught fire. I wouldn't pre-judge. Vikings had their third game in a row of regression. They may end up who we thought they are.

Lots to clean up during the bye, 4th most drops, 2nd in presnap penalties, tied for 2nd in worst field goal percentage made and leading the league in interceptions. Thankfully 6-3, but got to fix some things

That's a tough loss to pin on Hafley. Held a team averaging 43 ppg its previous four games to 17 offensive points.

The penalties are a huge problem. The pick 6 was just comically bad. It's a good time to get the bye week, they have some things to correct and it would be nice to see Love play a few games in a row where he's not limping around from the start.

I’m not pinning the loss on Hafley (penalties and dropped passes were bigger issues) but I also was less than impressed with the defense. The Lions ran at will and also managed to complete 80% of their passes in what was clearly going to be a low scoring game. This D was sold as being aggressive, but the sack rates are among the worst in the league. I hope JA heals over the bye because they need him badly.

They've been doing that against everyone, they are one of the best teams in the league. GB not as good right now, and it's mostly because of shooting themselves in the foot repeatedly. But GB ran the ball better than Detroit yesterday. That was a winnable game but you aren't gonna beat a team like that with that many penalties, drops, and the pick 6 was obviously the biggest game changing play.

Arizona had that covered, no problem.

1) he’s in New Jersey and 2) that’s not a polite way to refer to those people.

It will be over 6 years when they play next since the Chicago Bears have beaten the Green Bay Packers.

I know you are enjoying gloating Hawg, as you should, but I would not be too excited. Your team did not look good today.

A win over a division opponent on the road is always good.

Yup. No style points in the NFL and overcame the fired coach dead cat bounce game. A glorious Victory Monday indeed.

I’m certainly both happy and relieved but that was some horrendous coaching on MLF’s part.

Literally nobody thought it would except the in town stupid. Added bonus was his receivers and the defensive cornerbacks were overrated and that helped the Jets to be even worse than anybody thought they'd be.
