I don't know. I'd probably place more value on a TD where a QB had to scramble and run it in than I would a TD to a wide open receiver from short distance. If it's a deeper pass 45 yards or more to a wide open guy then that would have more value than a short yardage scramble because the throw still has to be accurate.

Williams had a slightly better passer rating, significantly better QBR, and a similar average y/a. vs Jacksonville. Flacco had more overall passing yards on many more attempts.
