Gilbert Gottfried Jr as the announcer.

More entertaining than I thought it'd be.

Tyson would have annihilated him if it was a real fight and they're both in their '20s.

Paul definitely eased up the last couple of rounds.

Even if it was fixed Tyson has a lot of heart for 58 years old.

Was able to catch this last night. It was awful. After the first round I thought it could maybe be interesting. If Tyson could have even just had a 20 second burst he maybe could have made something happen but his footwork looked suspect and clearly he didn’t have the stamina to throw more than two punches in a row. It’s really a shame what boxing has come, I can see the appeal of the MMA now but just have fond memories of boxing in the 80s and 90s when it was interesting.

So disappointing. Just a brutally boring fight. Two minute rounds did not help the product.

I'm not sure if Tyson half-assed his training or if years of abuse caught up with his body. Probably both. He had no legs after the second round. Maybe even earlier than that.

I'm reading a lot of takes about Paul taking it easy on him. That he could have knocked Tyson out if he wanted to. That may be the case, but if he had tried that, getting really aggressive, who knows if Tyson lands the one punch that puts him on the canvass. It's not like trying to go for the kill is without risk when you're fighting a guy like Tyson.

OR, Tyson isn't any damn good and had to retire 20 fucking years ago because of it. You know, just because you found an old man hobby of riding a bicycle, doesn't mean any old man can do anything he puts his mind to.

Face your mortality.

No one can turn back time in boxing, not even Ali, as he found out against Holmes.

Iron Mike is now just Sad Mike.

He's undoubtedly the best 58 yr old boxer in the world. And I'm very glad Jake took it easy on him at some cost to himself. He is now known to the dummies as a putz, at least until his next fight.

I didn’t get to see any of the fight.

Unless a red spinning circle showing 25% the whole time was the fight. That indeed went the distance.

Maybe not. Hopkins and Foreman won real titles against actual boxers when they were in their mid-forties.

There are plenty of 58 years olds who can move a lot better than Tyson did. That's for sure.

I’m not sure he moved from the middle of the ring at any point during a round.

I’ve also read that he got $20m for this, so credit to him.

I am sure Paul could have probably went a little harder and knocked him out. But there is no doubt in my mind at least part of the reason why he did not was he was worried about that one punch that even a 58 yr old Tyson could have uncorked.

I think if it were a real fight Tyson would have won.

After watching that fight, I realized why it had been almost 30 years since I've seen a boxing match, they're God awful boring.

Thinks they can take Mike Tyson Image

Minimum amount to get in the ring with Tyson for a round? You only get paid if you land a punch. So you can't jog around the perimeter for 2 minutes. You'd have to move in at least one-time, probably more, and land a scored punch.

$50?

$500?

$5000?

$50,000?

$500,000?

$5 Million

Mike gets paid 2x if he knocks you out; but 25% of his share of the purse goes to you if you survive the round without KO or TKO and land a punch. 50% if you land 2, and so on.

And right before they ring the bell to start the round they show Mike an AI generated video of you on top of that roof in Brooklyn ripping the heads off his pigeons one-by-one.

Just to make sure Mike takes the fight frfr serialously, as the tiktok'ers probably say. I dunno. We don't need another exhibition fight. We need killa Mike back.

Either get in the ring with Tyson or Image you can beat Mike Tyson, even 58 year old Tyson clobber all the shit-talkers' asses.

Celebrity boxing should not be a thing at all.

I don't know why people willingly would pay money to support Jake Paul's narcissism or Tyson's narcissism.

It makes no sense that Paul is a celebrity in the first place. He picks on guys that 200 lbs. and old men. I don't believe Tyson was even 228 lbs.

This is not even like wrestling for not being entertaining.

And on top of everything, Jake Paul is a juice-head.

Jake Paul is pretty good in relation to when he started. He started this whole thing in the first place because he packs a punch. That can't be denied. It will take another 2 years to make a judgement if he belongs.

It wasn't good but it was also the only interesting thing in boxing in the last 20 years.
