Seems likely that they are looking to move Benentendi/Robert...but they seem to be cornering the market on end of bench OF's that they are determined to use next season. These types of moves won't help them at the trading deadline either. Would much rather see them sign someone who was good, but coming off a below average season to a 1 year deal and try to move them, but they don't want to spend $$$. Getz is picking players from the bottom of the barrel and is probably being told he needs to cut further. It's all about the long-term. No excuse why they can't do both, but they have conditioned us into believing that we have to start over and develop.
