necroscope had to drop out. Some questions have been asked...parking is plentiful around the gym, unmetered I think in most cases. I think the cost will be less than originally estimated, but I won't say for sure until we get there Saturday. T-Bone is coming early to set up his cooler. Looks like a solid 14-15 and I believe we'll see a few more besides that, although the willing but unsure list has mainly dissolved into no ways. The after party voting is weak so far, is this a go? I'm not sure what I can do yet either afterwards, due to my wonderful father-in-law screwing up my schedule.

Well, I wouldn't go that far Killer. It should be your standard cooler with room for water. I will bring a few beers for those that would like to partake after a few games and can't make the trip to Joe's. We
can probably hang out at the gym and have a few before people have to go back to their regular lives. I will likely be there early if I don't hit any traffic or major constuction coming from the north. I haven't been down that way in probably 6 months or more but I think construction is potentially an issue.

the problems with parking will only arise if that church across the way has a mass. Otherwise there will be plenty of parking right in front of the gym. Otherwise, park on the street leading up to the gym. My grandparent's house is nearby and that is also an option, although it will be rather cold for walking a couple blocks...

You see, a lot of people have been wondering how Kid Cairo's been feeling. Whether or not he'll be able to respond to the criticisms about his game. Whether or not he can play consistently at this level. Well I'm looking at this as a statement game. I've read what's been written about me in the media, but no one can question my committment to this game. I'm in the best condition of my life and this weekend, certainly, I have something to prove. I was ready for Hoops 1, Hoops 2, Hoops 12, and Hoops 36. Kid Cairo's philosophy is "just gimme the damn ball."

Some of what I've read in the media has been, "Oh, they'll just try to take away his right hand and force him to go left." If they'd been watching me lately they'd know that I spent all summer working on my game, developing, and just trying to be one of the biggest assets to my team.

Then they said, "Just cut off the lane and force him to shoot the jumper." That's just another aspect to my game I've been working on. But I don't hate the haters. I realize they have a job too, and it's to hate. Me? I'm just sitting back waiting for my opportunity to prove I belong here.

Ivan? Killer? Suckers? Spmack? Hoffy? I can compete with these guys and I'm just looking forward to the opportunity to prove it. My fans will be there and that's enough motivation for me to leave it all on the court.
