Talked to my friend who works at Comcast and the daily requests from North are already a joke.

This guy thinks the station is to revolve around him. The daily requests via Jen or Bebe are justa joke and already not taken seriousely by the staff.

They'll still do it, as it is their jobs, but sometimes you do things because it is right and sometimes you do it because you get paid to.

"It's like trying to put his terrible radio show on television, all run by a girl who has no idea what the hell she is doing. We all just let her do her thing, give her what he she wants and laugh about it. They are over producing the shit out of this show. I could compare it to a 3rd grader painting a portrait of the President, no matter how much time you gave the kid and how many touchups the kid put on it , it would still look like shit."

Someone should start as over under on how long the show will last. Can't imagine how the first show is going to be.

I give it a year. Comcast has nothing else in the am, but they will get sick of paying him for nothing.

That actually may be an improvement in his attitude. At the Score, he thought he WAS the station. Now we're down to just having the station revolve around him. Hey, a couple more failures like the Mike North Morning Show and dontfademe.com, and he may start to resemble a normal human being with a shred of humility.

I heard the same thing and I have it on a very good source that once one to many calls were made by bebe or jen, they were told that "this isnt wscr", sure pappy liked that. With DFM.COM apparent death, it looks like this is the one thing he will need to work, which it wont because he is insisting on running it like he ran his morning show.

We already know he'll make the excuse (Once Comcast cans this show) that they didn't give everything he needed. And why would anyone at Comcast listen to either Bebe or Jen on his requests? Shouldn't he be on his hands and knees thanking those people for giving him a job that pays him anything?!?

I occassionally watched the morning comcast shows with the local highlights. Jim Corno? You there? I will not be watching. My pal Rodeo will give me my floundering Mike NORTH fix. Great Move!!!!! You just may have sealed your doom!
