The "Monsters In The Morning" show hasn't started up yet, but the show's principles sure are showing up, especially this coming weekend.
Big Dan Jiggetts will be on west suburban radio station, WJJG AM 1530 this Saturday. He'll be talking with "The Don of Sports" between Noon and 1:00pm. For those out of the broadcast range, it can be heard at www.wjjgam1530.com.
Promoting their Webio show and the upcoming "Monsters" show Saturday night will be Mike North & Jen Patterson. They will be featured on the "24/7 Chicago" TV show on NBC5 this Saturday night/Sunday morning at 12:30am.

An NBC 5 show called 24/7? What the hell is that show? I guess they say it airs a half hour after SNL is over. That's a huge audience.

If I'm up I'll watch for a laugh. It will be fun watching Jiggles try to act all professional when promoting this show. Like she matters or something. Do you think they'll have those 2 sitting next to each other for the interview? Pappy will be acting like they're a great partnership. It will be weird.

This is hilarious. Jiggs is sent out to some shitty AM radio station broadcasted out of someone's basement, and Pappy and Jen get on network TV. Couldn't they at least brought Jiggs along to NBC to park the car?

Like I said, Jen will try to act like this big time pro for the interview. Like when she was doing Pappy's DFM.com spots. "Hi, welcome to Dontfademe.com I'm Jen Patterson. Mike North had another great week. Only 99 dollars for a month. (Hair flip) Can't beat it...

What is her role on the show? Is she the producer? Did Pappy make Comcast put her on the pay role? Will she just be there just to be there? I know Pappy will make mention of her and put her on camera.

She's technically the producer, but North has said many times she'll be camera often since he believes this will drive ratings.

He may have a point. I wouldn't watch the show just to see her. But if I'm watching, I'd rather look at her than him.

24/7 is about as close to a cable show as I have ever seen.

It's stuff like

In all seriousness, she would flourish in a Goldie Hawn type role, especially if they send her out for "man on the street" interviews.

Wacker and Orleans in the morning doesn't strike me as a spot for man on the street type interviews. Now, if they manage to procure one of the crews/equipment the station sends to cover ballgames in the evening and send her down to more diverse downtown corners we might have a material.
