date with smoke show went really well. Date 2 already lined up, but not for a bit as she is going on vacation for spring break with her kids next week.

Brick would like her, one of her best friends is Matt Painter's sister.

only dropped 0.2 lbs this week. Didn't exercise all week, instead opted for hour walks with the dogs after work scine there was no doggy daycare last week.

Stuck at 188.2, but creeping on 187. Next week gonna hit it hard again and see if I can bend that scale to my will.

Going out with buddies tonight. Gonna try and not end up puking all morning. Also gonna try and secure some strange tonight.

Puking may help with the weight loss.

I like the way you think, but when I combined the puking with the lack of eating the night before I end up with just 4 hours of dry heaving with very little product making it into the toilet. Not very fun or weight loss efficient.

Got a date tonight. Honestly, I'm a little fuzzy on how she looks. Met her drunk at the end of the night last Friday. All I remember is that she's young (36) and was wearing a see thru shirt with a bra. Might've been a tad chunky, but I was hammered and not sure.

If she is chunky its the perfect time to try out a new plan me and a buddy came up with. Instead of slipping her a roofie like I usually do, I'm going to try and give her an Ozempic shot without her realizing it. Gonna be tricky, but worth it in the long run.

186.6 today. 48 lbs total loss. Pretty amazed with myself lol. Blew past my goal weeks ago. I'm no longer on a diet, I now have an eating disorder and I'm just going with it.

I've consistently logged 3 miles per day (walking most days) over the last 21 days, so I guess I can now call that a habit. Sunday 3.5 miles at a 12:18 pace...yep, I'm still fat.

trying something new in the dating realm. Now going after girls who are visiting from out of town. Have a date tomorrow downtown with girl from Dallas who is here visiting her college roomie fro 2 weeks. She says she comes back here pretty regularly. This could be the ideal situation for me. Gives me the space I want.

Also talking to a flight attendant who has overnigth stays here frequently.

And talking to a girl from Florida who says she will be here at the Ritz all next week downtown.

I switched to Vodka Sodas since they are less calories. But now instead of end of the night beer goggles I have end of the night Vodka soda specs.

crushed my date last night. Not literally, I'm too skinny to do that these days. First date went from 7:30 till 12:30, always the sign of a good first date. Went to really cool bar called Pearl Club (used to be Emmet's back in the day).

No idea on my weight, but I did manage to get through a true 4 mile run Saturday morning. Paced 10:11 per mile. We will call that progress!

date last night with an absolute smokeshow. Hottest girl so far. Her side hobby is teaching spin classes. Used to be a fitness model. We closed down Wildfire bar last night. Got some kisses at the end. Plans to go out again next week.

Got date 3 with a girl tomorrow. The girl from Texas. Part of my plan to try and date women from out of town who visit here regularly. So far the plan is going good. Went out with her Sunday, got laid and then she took off for the week. Returns today and we're going out tomorrow.

Also got something interesting in the works for next week with a different girl. I'll update that as it becomes more concrete.

Gotta say, this whole divorce life is like nothing I ever could've imagined. Combining it with getting skinny has turned it into a literal bonanza of hotties to choose from.

Kudos on everything. And the plan is sensational. I can't mock you on one goddam thing...yet.

Dating today, from my lens is a curated blend of ambition, aesthetics, and algorithm. It’s less “grab drinks at the dive bar” and more “let’s meet for Negronis at that new rooftop lounge in the West Loop that also serves as a co-working space during the day.”

And I doesn’t swipe aimlessly, I optimize. Bios are strategically worded with mentions of boutique fitness classes, seasonal farmer’s market favorites, a Patagonia vest or linen blazer moment, and maybe a reference to a podcast that signals taste and intellect (think “How I Built This” or “The Daily”).

Dates are as much about vibe alignment as they are about compatibility. A rooftop wine tasting? Great. A hot yoga class followed by matcha and mushroom lattes? Even better. Bonus points if the date appreciates clean aesthetics and knows the difference between Celine and Céline.

Its all about balancing time—between work, personal brand upkeep, networking, and travel (can’t miss that long weekend in Napa or ski trip to Park City). So efficiency matters. It’s not just “do we get along?” It’s “can we build an empire together, or at least share a Google Calendar?”

There’s an ironic layer too. Even with all the polish and polish-adjacent behavior, there's a craving for something “authentic.” So amidst the ambient playlists and minimalist décor, there’s still room for late-night tacos, flirty banter about crypto, and a little chaotic affection over oat milk vs. almond milk.

 8)

The crazy thing is the more I do the dating Apps the more I seem to be leveling up. The girls seem to be getting better and better looking every week I keep going. It feels like I'm playing a video game where every time you level up you get better stuff and face tougher opponents. And I feel like I'm already near the top of the food chain in terms of how hot the girls are so now they're throwing me more hot chicks but now they're younger. Save the GIF, not talking that young, but this week I now have two nurses chatting me up, one 33 and one 40. Both smoking hot. Life is good these days.
