well, good thing that won't ever happen.
"his music " ? he plays in a cover band.

he used to get gigs with his brother back in the day

are people forgetting the early Mac and Spiegs shows day where there was a running count on days worked without a vacation day taken because he was out rocking the night before

yea, that means he's a drunk, not a successful musician.

Factoring weight and tolerance, how many handles would it take to get him buzzed? I ask this not as an overweight man but certainly an alcoholic one.

Yesterday between 5:20-5:40, there was an odd exchange, Larry mentioned they were going to do some "bit" after the break, Larry or Spiegel
mentioned it might be new to them, Spiegel then says, "Sorry, I didn't have a lot of time to listen to Bernstein and Holmes"...<chuckles> then Larry
responds, "that's ok, we had MANY others who did listen to us". <big awkward laughs> I'm getting the feeling there is growing animosity between the
two. Also, this past week there have been all these comments about "derailing a segment", when Tanny was asked about his Disney trip, it seemed like
he needed to get Larry's approval to chime in on it, to which Larry gave the "ok". I give this show a couple months before Spiegel explodes, as Larry trying
to take over the entire direction of the show. Last Friday when Grote hosted with Spiegel, it was like a breath of fresh air, joking with each other, making
fun of each other and themselves. Not really a big Grote fan, but he and Spiegel would be a major upgrade over Holmes on this show.

Sarge, you need to be more selective in your use of the return button.

The show with Meat and Grote was much better than what has been taking place. Larry is a major problem. He thinks he is so important to everything.

It seems to me that not taking yourself too seriously would be a baseline qualifier for being a successful afternoon sports radio host, but what do I know?

Pretty funny segment. I guess there was some erroneous report online that Wanny had died. Someone called Mitch Rosen to offer sympathy to him in the stations loss. So they call Wanny and he is just fine. Grote interupted the shows interview with Jason Lieser to share this story and in the middle of it Wanny calls into the station and they talk to him. He dropped a nice Bullshit reference they had to dump.

Grote needs a co-host with a pulse to be a decent listen. Leila's blah blah blah my Texas days stories sinks him.

LoHo’s brand of bland insert-myself-in-every-story radio can be somewhat tolerated if there was any fun in the show, but even that is gone.
