baseball is so strange. At that corn game it looked like the Sox led by TA were going to be a problem for a long time

Kris Bryant and TA are two of the biggest head scratchers. You just never know.

Isn't Kris Bryant's back a mess? Along with other injuries. I'm not making the LTG Embiid argument, but it's more definitive than Anderson just waking up one morning and completely forgetting how to hit.

True. TAs is definitely more unique. But I think Bryants struggles started before his back/injuries issues. But my memory maybe off too.

Because he wasn't picky at what he swung at and a poor SS. The guy hit ropes at a clip I hadn't seen other than Fat Frank. Hitting .335 without the benefit of a good eye is IMO, pretty remarkable. It's hitting great with a huge handicap.
