They had been arrested for soliciting prostitutes.

Not that I have heard North tell the whole story, usually just references it under the "I have done some wrong things, but they never convicted me of anything"- which in his world means he never did anything.

I remember tuning in when Feder reported that story. North came out blasting Feder but would never deny it. he said Feder was out of line for printing that story. Feder never mentioned if they were soliciting Male prostitutes.
