I recently saw the Sixth Sense for the 2nd time and damn that movie has a terrible replay value. I remember watchin it the 1st time and bein totally surprised with how the movie turned out. Once you know the plot twist what's the point of ever watching it again?

Movies I wish I could see for the 1st time again:

The Usual Suspects - Who could have ever guessed who Keyser Soze really was?

The Sixth Sense - They got me pretty good with this one. Well played imo

The Others - Another one that got me. Plot twist from a different perspective than what we're used to

Fight Club - Great movie and very well acted. Although I kno the twist i can still see it over and over again.

Never actually saw the Sixth Sense because the end was already spoiled for me.
I guess you could put the Crying Game on this list too... never watched that either for similar reasons.
One of the better concepts was the movie Clue -- they filmed four different endings, and from what I have heard (may or may not be true), distributed them to different areas of the country so that the ending would not be spoiled. This particular plot really lended itself to this style of ending... I don't think you could do it to these other movies without reworking the plot, probably to the movie's detriment.

Agree with most of those but I would also add
Star wars- man to be a kid and see somethign I never seen before
Crying Game- I do not care what you say it still has the biggest WTF moment
Arlington Road- I will not ruin it but if you never seen it rent it, you will go no wayyyyyyyy

In addition to the great list already posted:

Saving Private Ryan - I was pretty exhausted after seeing it in the theater. I've never been able to watch it again.

The Bourne Identity - The process of him figuring out that he was a super-assassin was just plain awesome. I left the theater thinking maybe I could kick everyone's ass (& I wasn't even drunk).

I would like to see Seven again for the first time. I haven't seen that for a while
but it was an edge of your seat thriller the first time around.

Seven was a fantastic movie. I wouldn't mind seeing Boondock Saints again for the first time, or maybe any of the Band of Brothers

Really? Wow, the twist was nice but I think the relationship between the kid and Bruce Willis, and the kid and his mom is still really well done and worth watching. It's actually a bit touching watching the film knowing that Willis is dead but doesn't know it - and that the kid knows it too. Bruce Willis teaches the kid that he should help the dead people, and the kid actually does start helping Willis, without Willis knowing it. I like it, twist or no twist.

I know it sounds stupid, but I'd love to see The Dark Knight again for the first time... I know it just came out a few months ago, but it was one of those really rare times when I went into a film with unrealistically high expectations, and actually didn't feel the least bit let down.
