You got that right, and thankfully, "Chuckles", Kenny Smith & Ernie Johnson won't have NBA Basketball to talk about the next 2 Thursdays on TNT, let alone his DUI arrest...

I remember the "last" incident where Charles made some kind of "impassioned" plea to the TNT/b-ball faithful. This just pretty much confirms his status as a hypocrite, a drunkard and an all-around jackasss

Yeah well his comedy not withstanding, he's a REPEAT drunk driving offender...what I was saying was that LAST TIME (i.e. there was a last time) he was convicted of the SAME OFFENSE, he went on air on TNT before a scheduled game and gave a "heartfelt" apology. Now that the same thing has happened twice, what do you suppose he'll say?

Ok I see your point Bagels. I didnt know about the first DUI.

It is weird how the majority of these guys refuse to get drivers. If I had that money thats the first thing I would do.

Im not a huge car guy and maybe thats part of it. They gotta rock the diamond encrusted lamborghini when theyre out having extra marital affairs in Colarado having gun and weed shows in front of their toddlers, breakin in to someones room to deficate in their closet or whatever.

I know thats a huge generalization but im just sayin.

For the most part -- they have all developed HUGE EGO'S new and old players alike --- they put on this clean collegiate personality in front of the cameras then become the real person when camera's are off with complete different personalities --- what's up with that?!

Whenever I get pulled over I wanna be as honest as possible. I think the cop will respect it. Maybe Chuck was going with honesty is the best policy.

Not a chance. TNT will look at this as a way of boosting ratings....

Yeah, I'm thinking that too...Obviously that's his schtick, being "outrageous" and "speaking his mind"

But I'm sure there has to a breaking point sometime. How is he going to explain this one on the air?

If this story wasn't about him having a DUI, it would be hilarious.
