Murph's a Tool will be suicidal. I'm just thoroughly disappointed by this awful decision. He must work really, really cheaply.

I think the reason they're doing this is to keep their 'Cubs Balance' - I agree that this guy should probably go back to weekends (at best), but I think the Score is concerned with the perception that they are the White Sox home, and don't cover the Cubs fairly - and, as we all know, Murphy loves to talk Cubs (mostly negatively, by the way) all the time!

Murph must pull ratings over the lunch hour because he's not Dan Patrick....Dan's show has really went downhill since he went solo.

Murph had ratings in his night slot as well. I like murph's show but can admit many of the criticisms made here are valid. I think his detractors need to admit that the guy has a fairly strong and loyal following.
