Should we all kick in and have the CSFMB buy a "sponsorship" of the Monsters show? Then we'll see how truly desperate Mikey is for money.

"This half-hour brought to you by the Chicago Sports Fan Message Board. Got something to get off your chest about Mike, Dan, or Jen and this show or anything else happening in Chicago Sports media? Get your pants down around your ankles and your keyboard warmed up and log on to the CSFMB. Your opinions are welcome and your criticism uncensored!"

I would be in for $100 on that.

Funny, that's about the same amount I was thinking.

I'm in for $100.

Perhaps we can do it through bigfan's paypal account.

At the rate they are charging ($5000 for 50 spots) you have 3 spots already. Make that 4, I'd be in for $100.

If we raised enough money - Mikey would have BigFan on the air for a sit-down chat about...........................................stuff?

And after Bigfan's appearance they could have Pappy's Crappy on the show as well. Now that would be good TV

I'd throw in if Pappy guarantees that RodeoVann gets to sit in on that interview.

Even better, Pappy would have to reserve the last minute of each segment for RodeoVann to recap what just happened, sponsored as the CSFMB Segment Recap.

Then the question would be if we'd want the kind of people who watch Monsters in the Morning to start posting here after they saw the ad. Although the way it sounds the only people watching are doing so to make fun of it.

Lets let the prices come down . You know they will. Plus by then might have another website that could get something out of it, then maybe I make a few $$$ to pay for more drinks for Darkside, Frank, Donspiracy, SP MAck, WZ, Doug, MC, Rock, Joe, O, Dr. Ken (Ok, he bought me one...lol). Now Gremmie is going to get mad I haven't bought him a drink.

Look at his advertisors:

Notre Dame High School and a Medical staffing company.

What the fuck? Those are 2 sponsors that you never see anywhere. He probably had to take whatever he could from these suckers.

No McDonalds or Burger King?. No beer company? No car dealership?

C'mon. If you don't have any of those 3 it can't be good.

They still do have Sportsrise from 5 Am to 6 AM and they are smart enough to make their own sales of ads, so when this is done, they can resume business as usual.

Maybe I can say I am coming on the show and then send Rodeo???

What we should find out is the date when Space, Be, and Pappy are going to have a sitdown with CSN bean counters to count and split the money. Next morning's show will be special. The only thing better would be a live feed from the conference room where they meet.

Good plan. Rodeo is nominated for the post.

Here's my pre-dementia mind at work but, Rodeo, didn't North threaten to sue you on the air?!?!?

This interview would be beyond priceless.
