North Show - what are the roles of the people on it ??

I know Annie and Fred are his sidekicks....Annie is there to debate him on social/political issues, Fred on sports, and we know both are not allowed to speak during interviews. OK, fine, I think we all agree that Annie has no business on a sports show, and their 'debates' are nothing more than bad rehearsed Hannity vs. Colmes talking points, while Fred is a 'YES' man to North.

What I'm wondering about is:
Buckman - he's the producer ?? What does that really mean ?
Rock - he does the sound effects ??
Jen - gets interviews ???

Not being sarcastic, but isn't the behind the scenes work really the work of one ? What am I missing ??

On most shows it just takes one to do all production work. Maybe two. Pappy gets all the resourses and money dumped into is low rated show. We all know why Jen is there.

I searched some old threads & found some salaries for the Yes Mikes:
Anne $110,000
Fred $75,000
Buck $75,000
Rock $25,000
Jenn Priceless

HOLY SHIT!!!!!!!!! Anne makes that much, or I assume this is a joke because isn't Rock F/T, wouldn't he have to make at least 40 a year

R&B - This is no joke / these salary quotes are very accurate / north made a deal with his old boss harvy to pay annie & buck big bux to leave wgn.

That is mind boggling that she makes that much money to not know anything about sports ON A SPORTS STATION, and to give 3 news stories every hour that are headlines nationally.
