That was a hell of a draft class. Lebron, Carmelo, Kirk, Bosh, and Wade. Wow. I could of swore we took Kirk one pick after Miami but I'll take your word. I know people thought Wade would be good but not the player he has become. I think if Denver had to do it over again they would take Wade over Carmelo. Ironically Detroit has been to 2 Finals after that draft and threatening to go to another despite passing on 3 great players.

I thought it was shocking to hear Colangelo praising Bargnani so much, and telling fans not to worry if the Raptors have someone they haven't heard of.

He might be blowing smoke, trying to create some kind of trade-down situation, but I doubt it. I think if Toronto gets Bargnani's buy-out straightend out, they'll just go ahead and take him.

You ever heard of wonders like Scottie Pippen, Horace Grant, Toni Kukoc, B.J. Armstrong or JOHN PAXTON?

It's not about finding a superstar, it's about finding a "diamond in the rough" so you can brag to all the other incompetent GM's about how they didn't do their homework and skipped over a valuable commodity?
