Are you serious?????? All this buildup to announce they have an extra hour and one more day of Giangreco??? Jesus, talk about overhyped tease of all time - this ranks up there.

I was hoping that they were announcing a move to afternoons where I could at least hear some of them.

The reason behind the extra hour of W&S, most likely, is to coincide with the extra hour that ESPN Radio's nationally syndicated The Herd gains starting next month. The Herd will go until 1 p.m. CT. instead of noon.

Tirico & Van Pelt will start an hour later and stay on until 3 p.m. our time. W&S announced that the Afternoon Saloon would still start at 2 p.m., but I would suspect that after that show blows up, the new afternoon show will start at 3 and go live until 7.

I can't believe anyone was listening to Murph. I tuned that show in once, heard his voice, and immediately decided "never again." Content just doesn't matter when form is that abominable.
