For those here in Chicago who can't wait for 10p weeknights and/or after prime time White Sox baseball locally on 670 "The SCORE" to hear it, "The Dan Patrick Show" is coming soon to a DIRECTV near you. Last night, Dan announced on his syndicated sports talk radio show that his show will soon be available LIVE on the satellite TV provider. Dan's radio show, syndicated by Chicago-based Content Factory, will be live on DIRECTV starting in July from 8-11a weekdays. Fans can find Dan's show on the 101 Network on DIRECTV, which features comedy, concerts and other events FREE to all DIRECTV subscribers. Because it's on the 101, cameras will still roll on TV even when Dan goes to a commercial break on the radio side.

what is this, programming for the unemployed? Who the hell watches television at 11 am on a weekday? The advertisers are going to love that demographic: no life/ unemployed/ low income / no buying power.

Coast2Coast, unfortunately, there's a lot of people currently unemployed and looking for work during this ongoing recession. :( Besides, even though "The SCORE" & other radio stations air "The Dan Patrick Show" on tape delay, D.P.'s LIVE radio show normally ends at 11a Monday-Friday. It's LIVE on DIRECTV's 101 Network starting in July...

I hate the fact that FSR picked up this boob. They had a decent show out of LA that was on at this time and DP replaced them.

FSR? Hawkeye, I almost forgot that FOX is also in the sports talk radio business. There are several FSR stations across America that also carry Dan's radio show, Jim Rome & even Tony Bruno's new syndicated show based in Los Angeles, the home base of FOX & Sporting News Radio...If anyone's paying Dan & Tony to talk sports, it's Chicago-based Content Factory.
