It's a shame you didn't hear Murph was out during Murph's show...

OMG Dave, we do agree on something!

I think he will be out when/if Mac signs with the score.

I'm one of the guys that has a comment posted at www.ChicagolandRadioandMedia.com, and if you click onto the personalities page at 670thescore.com, the former Bears' linebacker's face and profile are already gone. I'll definitely miss Doug & O.B.'s passionate, entertaining postgame show as soon as the Bears' game ended. Nobody broke down a Bears' win or loss better than those two during football season...

This really sucks!
So they're gonna have Zach Zaidman for the postgame I take it? Nothing personal Zach, you'll never be as entertaining as these guys were. Bad move Score! Boooooo!

I'm not so sure about that, Eaglo Jeff...Zach Zaidman's part of the WBBM 780/Bears' Radio Network team working the sidelines. I'm not sure who Chunga, I mean Program Director Mitch Rosen, has in mind to replace Doug & O.B. damn it! Whoever gets it will have some big shoes to fill...I doubt "Stuttering" Dan Hampton will be part of the action, considering he's also on the WBBM postgame team with Ron Gleason...

I sincerely hope it'll be Jason or Drinky doing post-game. Bring back "Last Call." Any of the other options (save for Paruch, who I wouldn't trust to talk football) at the station would be a complete bore.

The SCORE can rummage through the last 10 years or so of Bears #1 draft selections and find replacements.

A BETTER IDEA WOULD BE TO HAVE BOB AVELLINI DO REMOTES FROM BARS.

McGee's comes to mind....with a few golf lessons thrown in.

Another great move by the WSCR. Now you see why I left.

I'm working on getting Doug Buffone on Bearly Legal on Friday.

Billy Williams and KEn Margerum were on yesterday. Margerum talked upon Gilbert the Bears 3rd round pick.

It's just an educated guess on my part, but with Doug & O.B. now out at 670 The SCORE, I wonder if their loss becomes Hub Arkush's gain come football season. Although it's not quite the same as the two ex-Bears breaking down the game, Hub's just as outspoken since he left the WBBM 780/Bears' Radio Network broadcasts a few years ago. Just a thought...

I liked doug and ob as much as anyone, but for me, I am glad they wont be on this football season. Thier show became stale and while the both played in the NFL, it became clear they really didnt understand todays NFL. They had a nice run, but neither of them deserve a show at this point, any station can do better then those two...in my opinion.

Agree----

Todays NFL? What has changed Run,Pass,Hit and get Hit. It might be done at a faster pace
but the basics are still there. I disagree. Ed & Doug are great and if they land somewhere else,I will follow. Hub Arkush is a good listen, too.

Mitch Rosen has his head up his A S S. He has completely ruined the Score. I hear that he is a bastard to work for and that the Score is a miserable place these days.
Zach Zaidman is a younger version of Bernsey...arrogant, combative, & a shill for the Bears. Hampton is terrible...and the only reason Holmes has a show is because Mitch Rosen used to be his agent! Even if Rosen gets fired now, the damage is already done. What a shame to lose North, Huebner, Rogers, Offman, & Buffone...ALL I ONE YEAR!

The players are better, bigger and faster, they game plan totally different from when they played and their show, in my opinion, sucked the last 3 years. It was the same thing, yell to make a point, it was predictable and lame. Doug was fine, but OB was just plain bad.

Screw the haters. Doug and OB were great. This is horrible news.

Doug & O B were passionate & funny but to think that they broke it down better than others would mean you have that imaginary radio on. :P

Zach Zaidman is a tool. He ignores anything wrong the Bears during the season, but finally sees the light after the season is over. His one on one with the players is just god awful.

Bad move on the Score, but they haven't done too many things right for the last several years - excluding letting North go.

Was this a cost-cutting move? O'Bradovich does two hours a week for 16 weeks a year. He couldn't have cost THAT much. Buffone works a lot more during football season, but given how much people seem to love Uncle Doug, he's a better product to sell than Zach or Laurence. This puzzles me.

I bet Laurence gets postgame in Mitch's quest to put Laurence Holmes in every daypart of every day.

im sure meatball north offered them more money and the score didnt value them that high so they let them go. I just wish they would take ex bear hampton with them.

this will go down as another big bone head move by the score.those two were great-i will now listen to them on the new sports webio after bears games along with many other loyal fans.they are the only team that can make me laugh especially when the bears lose.they tell it like it is and they know the game because they played the game! the only other post game person i care to hear is probably hub or maybe zaidman as a last resort.

Oh no, how will the Score survive without you listening?

The thing is, its not just 1 listener. WSCR has lost a lot of listeners. And once CSW begins broadcasting on an AM station, they will lose many more listeners.
