Flipped over to see if the Cubs were out of rain delay and there was the Monsters being shown during the rain delay. Since I am out of the house at 5:30 every morning I have never seen the show so figured I would check it out.

I couldn't last more than 5 minutes. This was just bad. Mike had his hat on backwards, which is just bad for anyone in my opinion, especially a guy approaching 60. Mike would say something and then he would throw it to Jen who was sitting by herself somewhere. They did this a few times. This I guess is ok if the person they are throwing it to has something worthwhile to say, but she basically said 1 word each time and then it was back to North and Jigs.

I couldn't even figure out what they were talking about. I think they were talking about MR T's singing of take me out to the ballgame but they were all over the place so not really sure.

Needless to say after seeing this brief portion of the show last nite I now know for sure that I am not missing anything by not watching this show.

so...how was Bryan Adams?

The last avatar was Ian McShane playing the character of Al Swearengen from the show Deadwood. Al Swearengen was possibly the douchiest character ever out on television. If you haven't seen Deadwood, you need to check it out.

I don't mind the show...it's supposed to be mindless...it would be improved big time if North could keep his mouth shut, but it would be excellent TV if North couldn't keep it shut and Jiggs started getting mad and talking over him.
