North was clearly running the 'operation' of CSWebio... with the programming and decisions like that. Hernandez and Next Step were in charge of payroll, and funding. From everything I have heard about Hernandez, there is no way North had his nose in the financial aspect (not as much as he should have). Hernandez is known as a shady businessmen, and the FBI investigation is a long time coming. I'm sure North had an idea about the real Hernandez, but as long as the checks were getting signed he had no reason to turn away.


Point is, this isn't really about CSWebio. The FBI is clearly investigating Next Step and Next Step Financial Services. That should tell you who they are targeting. CSWebio is victim due to the ties to Next Step.

Well at least someone on this board sounds like he knows what is REALLY going on. The only thing is I really never heard Hernandez was shady until now.

Well I won't name names, but some of the people on this site have had $ issues with North personally where an organization gave him money to do an event, he never showed, and they never got the money back.

Also, maybe most of us are HONEST Citizens that EARN their money FAIRLY. I guess if you can't see that North is the complete opposite of this, then you are a totally blind loser. Who are they trying to fool, the CFO/COO to Bebe and Spaceball were just hollow titles to get these people some kind of name. They could have brought back likerish and put the title of CFO on him and it would have been the same. North was running this thing, as he said, it was HIS THING, and the titles to his wife and spaceball were just that, titles.

I'm not going to pretend that I know how the broadcasting business works because I don't. But, in general, I'd say the COO is in charge of making sure the product is produced and the financial side of things is out their purview. However, that might not be how the COO of a broadcasting unit works. So, I'll plead ignorance. Generally I'd say that the COO is not concerned with revenue or collection, though.
