Here's what you do:

1. Figure out how much money can you lose and still not go broke.

1. Help Weber, Fred, Jessie, Hood, Doug, and Ofman get out of whatever deals they have with DH.

2. Find a bean counter you trust who would have the fortitude to call you out when you get too full of it.

3. Take Space and Jessie and go sit down with Talkzone guys and get the best deal you can get for your use of facilities. Go all in - you need the hardware! Straight rent, profit sharing, whatever. Have the guy in #2 look at the detail before you agree to anything.

4. Make Jessie the Boss PD/Producer/Rolodex guy.

5. Forget everyone not specifically mentioned here. They will drag you down.

6. Get Grobber and Swieca.

7. Here are your shows:
- 9-1: Huebner & Weber
- 1-6: Hood & Buffone
- 6-10: Swieca
- 10-2: Grobber
- Ofman - the designated reporter. He seems to be OK going to games. Jessie - occasional reporter when he's not too busy booking interviews and producing.

8. Encourage everyone to sell ad time. Agressive commissions! 50/50 even.

9. This leaves you and Space. Here's what you two should be up to. SELL SELL SELL: cold calling, visits, leaflets. Get ad clients!

10. A year or so into this when you actually start making a small profit, start looking at terrestrial radio. Don't jump into this yet!

Like his idol "Coatch", I wouldn't believe him to invest his $ in any venture, especially one talking about losses - or the spector of going broke. I think he'll just spread out a few checks for publicity after the initial embarassment has hit, just like his hero.

Their cost structure sucked. Apparently (since he fired them) DH had Pappy, Space, and Be on the payroll. I imagine paid multiples of what the rest of the dopes made. Pappy and Space out of studio, off the payroll, on the streets selling = bigger top line, smaller middle line, bigger bottom line = fighting chance for success. Besides, him going OOP on costs will encourage him to sell like a mad man.

2. No way in hell North would be willing to finance it. It's only a good idea to him when it's somebody else's money at risk.

3. How can they get any sponsors, even with a legit owner, with this in their past?

I don't think Swieca would leave her current job that she is happy and content with. Why would she want to come back for this headache?

Your list of "to-do's" make a lot of sense. I don't understand how all these WEB sites,like Google,Yahoo,etc. literally made millions just by creating a web page and saling advertising
(I know it's based on # of hits but still!) & Webio can't find succees on a smaller scale.

I am being fair to pappy, i said he was not to blame for this, but this situation makes him out to be clown, he says he is a great biz-man, street smarts and knows how the radio / webio biz works.....he just got schooled, which proves the only things i have been saying the last few years, he is a dumbass, who got a lucky contract, produced nothing for that big money and his ego got so out of control over those big bucks, he thought he could do it all...wrong. Pappy is totally in the clear on this so far and i dont expect it to change, but pappy inc. just took a major hit, a hit i dont think they will recover from, i could be wrong, but when u have a high school drop-out, his wife and a sales guy who cant get a job in radio sales any longer running it, the scammers will be lining up all day out side of pappy land.

I don't think that's the case. Bottom line is this: CSWebio is an investment. Whether it is a good one, or a bad one is tough to tell at this point with all of the lying Hernandez did.

However, if an investor could get their hands on REAL listener data, as well as the income from ads and of course the expenses, it might seem worthwhile. Of course, in my opinion, I am not sure it would be worth it however I think if they buddied up with a radio station that would change everything.
