CSWebio will pull the plug at 5pm tomorrow. The owner's getting ready for his numerous lawsuits, a 4th bankruptcy & probable jail time. There are numerous plans to try to either keep it going or resurrect it or start a new/better version of it.

Actually,I checked into the cost of this (having your own show)
It's about 4-5000 a year and you can sale your own advertising.
If these guys really beleive in themselves,they should literally put
their money where their mouth is. They can find other work outside
of the medium in the meantime.

honestly... if they truly believe in it and their line or work, they would just move outside the city into mobile homes. you can even do the webcast from a trailer. im really not joking- you could pay everyone 25k a year and they would be fine until they proved the format works.

it would never happen like that, but if they did it, i think that alone would drive in a shitload of listeners. redneck listeners maybe, but it would cause a huge buzz in the city.

Chet Coppock doesn't have to do it, and he definitely won't be paid for doing it.

Mr. Coppock just feels compelled to do one last show for Chicagosportswebio.com Tuesday. He and partner Ray "Boom Boom" Mancini will close out the current version of Webio from 3-5 p.m. Tuesday.

Jonathan Hood and Tim Doyle also going to put in one final two hour stint from 11 a.m.-1 p.m.
