Haven't heard much about this, but apparently, Peter Gammons suffered a brain aneurysm today and was rushed into surgery. You can read it
here

I'm not a fan of his work on ESPN, but damn.

That's not good. I've always respected his views, in general. I hope they caught it soon enough and he pulls through this.

Unsure of what exactly he is in for, I went and read up on brain aneurysms. Really scary stuff. The outlook doesn't look real good. That's very sad.

I haven't been a huge fan of his just because he seems to forget that there are teams outside New York and Boston.
