Bernsie sounds like he desperately wants to see North and his wife go down in flames - he is pushing the Norths must of known something

Bernsie is pushing pretty hard for info. about North's involvement in aiding and abetting a fraud. The reporter either does not know or does not want to answer some of his questions. I can't blame the reporter for not wanting to make statements about something if he's not 100% sure it -- even though he may strongly suspect it to be true.

Given what we've learned in the last week, I think it is very, very likely North knew Hernandez's past.

I forgot that Hernandez is a kidnapper, too. Taking his kids across state lines. Hell of a guy.

It's funny, as I listened to that guy (who didn't shed any new light) I thought about poor Corky ... errr, Eddy Sherman, and how HE was the one who "broke" this and "broke" that part of the story. I'm sure he had a bit of a meltdown listening to him.

What happened to "Score Legal Guy," Eldon Hamm, or whatever his name is? Where's Lester Munson? Is he working somewhere else? Why doesn't Bernstein just get a lawyer on and ask him or her what he's dying to know: could North be liable, if not criminally, then for civil action, by guys he brought to webio or investors or anybody?

I will say it again, I don’t think pappy knowingly committed a crime, but sometimes the stupid commit crimes because they don’t know wtf they are doing, and so intent to fraud on pappy and bebe's end is a case that could happen. Pappy has said he didn’t know DH, well yes he did and he then bought people into this venture not doing the background he should have and knowing what he knew..well, there have been weaker cases. Pappy also has to worry about negligence cases I suppose, not to mention the civil suits that could come his way, not based on DH's scam, but pappy role in bring people into this, its a fine line and maybe it never makes it to a courtroom, but pappy needs to be accountable for putting people in tough spot.

Mike, Bebe and Spaceball, if up to me, have a lot of questions to answer, yes, DH is the bad guy, but the 3 amigos are dirty and I highly suspect with pappys quotes over the last week not being totally truthful, he will be questioned at length.
