Weber wrote webio employees were "led to believe" that Hernandez had a 70% interest in the company, with the Norths having the other 30%. Hopefully I'm not misrepresenting what he wrote.

Hernandez apparently claimed the company was totally under his control, and that's what enabled him to fire Spaceshit, Beatrice and North.

I want to know what the arrangement was for that 30%. Was there something in writing? Did the Norths actually contribute money up front, or was the 30% stake to be doled out over time (sort of like stock options)?

If Weber's impression were accurate (that a 30% stake either belonged to North or would soon belong to North), why the hell didn't North do a basic financial workup of the business arrangements? He hired an "agent" (I assume an attorney) to incorporate Mike North Webio, so why not hire someone to look at this venture?

That 30% might be damning.

I cant put too muich stock in Weber telling us he was led to believe Mike owned 30% as any evidence that Mike owned Webio. I am sure Mike made that impression to everyone that he ws an owner. What hasn't Mike done in the last 7 years that has not had the final say?

I would guess he had an option to buy a portion if it became succesful, but then again he might have used a really sharp media agent who would not have structred a deal like that.

The thing of it is that Jesse, George and others keep saying North wants to relaunch it, he was a leader in it, it was North that Hernandez was circling the parking lot to avoid, etc.

If he was such a leader in the organization; if Bebe was part of the leadership in the organization. If Spaceball was such a leader in the organization; how exactly are they NOT a part of the investigation?

And why have the Norths FINALLY shut up about being victims themselves? I have a feeling the shoe can and will drop on these three sometime soon.
