I did a little research on Fred T and his apparent local equal is: Tom Dreesen. (!)

Fred and his countless impressions had been fixtures on both the stage in Las Vegas and on shows like the "Tonight Show Starring Johnny Carson", "Password Plus" & "Match Game" for years in the '70s & '80s.

Darryl (sp?) Hammond exclusively did them on SNL, but I think last season was his last.
