As far as debt goes, the corporate debt is not North's personal debt.....unless he knew the whole Webio was a sham operation....which is hard to believe.

My bet is he had no equity interest but if he did have as rumored a 30% interest then Hernandez probably gave him a 30% profits interest. Think of the scam in the movie The Producers. He probably gave this to a lot of investors.

WRONG and he doesn't own any of the defunct Webio. As Officers of the company, Bebe and Mike will be held responsible for their actions and might have to pay in the way of fines, maybe even reimburse those who depended on them, such as all employees, but none of that will put them away. (Or shouldn't with a good attorney)

What will cause them the most trouble is if 1 single person invested with DH after even a simple introduction from Mike, BeBe or even Spaceball. That is the key to this whole thing.

Just a question, how do you know North didn't have an ownership stake? Weber said North told him he owned 30%.

I know it doesn't mean anything legally or whatever, but it's still funny to read it knowing what we know now. Way to go, Mr. Street-Smart.
