You know that studio was ransacked on the last day of business. Computers, Mics, Chairs, T shirts, etc.

I would say anything not bolted down was taken.

Hell, I still have knives from Karl Heinz Granitzas place when he closed up shop and everyone took what they could. Also got a pan! Yes, the really nice professional stuff.

I worked for the guy who owned the building and one day I get a call from Karl Heinz asking me to come over. When I arrived there was signs all over FREE LUNCH TODAY!!!!! and the place was packed over at 1962 N. Clybourn.
I walk in, sit down with him, he asks if I want anything to eat, I get some chicken and pasta.

Karl then tells me he is closing up at 4 PM and leaving the country, "here are the keys"

Next day, a picture of him was in the paper and a Jet leaving Ohare.

Ahh, Karl-Heinz, Pato Margetic, Arno Steffenhagen, Rudy Glenn, the Sting beating the Cosmos in the Soccer Bowl . . . those were the days.

I would say Webby did hear from Mike in some fashion after that blog. Going to say Bebe wrote a nasty email as if it came from Mike, telling Webby how disappointed Mike was to read such comments after giving Webby his start. As if Webby did something wrong in all of this.

Coco Rico?

I remember Carl used to wear those goofy pink glasses. Didn't he go missing for a while 25 or so years ago?

Couple things: No one told me to remove my blog...I typed it so I wouldn't have to continue to answer all of the same questions over and over again and after I left it up for 3 days, I decided to remove it. I figured that anyone who cared to read my thoughts had read it by then and that was good enough for me. As far as your email Big Fan, I never received it. Please re-send it because I'd love to read whatever it was. Sorry I couldn't make it to Hoops 4...I was actually looking forward to it but something came up. I'd like to attend the next one though. As far as my future goes, I've been talking to a few people here and there so you'll be hearing more from me sooner rather than later...atleast I hope :) Talk to you all soon, and hit me up if you have any other questions. I've got nothing but time on my hands right now.

Webby,

Great to hear from you.

Also, I need a current picture of you as I am busily casting the Mike North Story movie ... if you have any input as to whom you would like to play you, please include that as well.

Yours,
Harry

Good to hear you're OK, now release April Rose!!

As far as your future goes, I hope NONE of the people you are talking to about future employment are North or his band of has-beens.
