I'm not a fan of Kip at all. I wonder if that is his real voice, or some fake tv voice.

According to his bio at CSNchicago.com, Kip Lewis worked just down the road in Indianapolis at ABC affiliate WRTV before joining Comcast SportsNet Chicago in March. Kip's main duties at WRTV was to report on Peyton Manning & the Indianapolis Colts, but also won a regional Emmy Award for his coverage on the New York Mets for WPIX, the Tribune-owned CW affiliate in 2004. I believe Kip replaced William Jackson on the CSN roster. The anchor/reporter they call "Billy Jack" has been conspicously absent from the scene since the Bears' season ended in Houston last December. Personally, I'd rather watch the Joe Piscopo-looking Josh Mora or the smooth sounding Chris Boden instead of Kip and that smile of his any day of the week!
