I sent bebe pappy a email saying I would match the $2300 so they could forward that money to Mr. Samp to help him out, if they would answer 5 questions that I can post the answers here, I want to see if mr. all about his guys will step up for them..i doubt it.

Not only do I have a hard time finding sympathy for these "investors", but I feel it's damn close to criminal itself to be receiving checks from these schemes.

There is no legitimate investment that guarantees 15% per month. Period. There is no legitimate investment that guarantees 15% per year. Hell, even half that.

While there is a fraction of a chance these "investors" didn't know that, the more likely scenario is, they thought Hernandez had some kind of illegitimate inside information on something, or was running a scam and letting them in on it. Basically, they knew people like you and me were losing our shirts in this economy, yet they were going to be taking 15% per month from the same pot.

It's the same thing with the Madoff scam. I'd wager a good number of those investors knew there was a scam being perpetrated, but it was fine with them as long as they were profiting.

Then when the scheme is busted, the "investors" claim stupidity and characterize themselves as victims.

No. That, to me, is criminal.

I proposed in another thread an example of someone showing up at your doorstep with a box full of expensive jewelry, looking over his shoulder and offering it to you for a few hundred dollars. You agree and then sell the items on ebay for thousands and thousands. You think you aren't criminally liable if you get discovered selling the hot merchandise? Or can you just claim to be stupid, and therefore you get away with it?

If you receive, and spend, dirty money, you better damn well be able to prove that there was absolutely no way of you knowing it. Simple claims of stupidity and mentions of Google searches walk. Otherwise, anyone can get in on a scam and try to make a dirty profit.




Your basic point is valid, but I add that poor Mr. Samp didn't mind walking away with your money at 15% per month if you too were invested with Hernandez.

So how much money did North and Bebe take away in those 3 months? It was a hell of a lot more than $2300, I'll bet. Just about every cent of it was dirty. Is there any record of North trying to generate sales?

OK, I had written something else, but here's the point—the revenue number stinks to high heaven: $2,300. Revenue, not profit. That number isn't from Ed Fucking Sherman; it's from the SEC. One person selling shit Popsicles to cholera victims could generate more than that in 3 months. Which means that almost every dollar was skimmed, and the webio's accounting records are complete fiction. North knew. Bebe knew—she was the COO! If the Norths weren't aware of these irregularities, they are not just stupid: they are criminally negligent. Hernandez was not a prince in shining armor who magically appeared when this idea was cooked up. North went to Hernandez: a guy with whom he had financial dealings. North knew Hernandez's criminal past and he threw in his lot anyway. It is a career move that makes no sense unless you're driven by revenge, getting secretly paid, or both.

You know the government is or will be talking to all of them. The money that was being paid to all of them will become public and the embarrassment will grow. They will have to answer the main question of how were you running a business with no revenue and spending all this money? But, IMHO, Nort's followers left him that last couple of weeks he was on the Score, it was fasinating radio on account of it being a train wreck happening right before everyones ears. Whatever listeners he did have turfed the second the became too good for them and started talking about shit other than sports, but thats my opinion.

Back in the first Jiggs/Nort days, I thought the guy was funny, then he started telling the same joke every day and got old. His claim to fame was the McCaskey interview, and then it was all down hill.In my eyes, thats when his head got big, because he didnt get nothing but a slap on the wrist and everyone telling him how he was a voice of joe causual sport fan, which wasnt the case. CBS really had the idea of national for this guy? LOL. That would have lasted what, a day or two, after they would have found out the guy only appeals to the Johnkirks of the world, it would have been a huge disaster of Webio preportions.

This guy has the anti-midas touch on everything he puts his gardinera covered fingers on, and right now, it looks like more and more ppl with the exception of his media cronies is starting to get the shitty wiff of his stench the second he comes close to anything that involves money.
