following your dream to create dontbetme.com, one of the great ventures of all time

followed by your Melman show, more great "webio" no money, but what the hell-good training for later.

Your joint selling venture with Comcast where you bring in a con man to back you

And of course, the bigtime venture of Chicagosportswebio, one of the greatest cons ever!! $2300 in revenue for 3 months, you would have been better off selling hotdogs

Thanks for the entertainment Mike, I hope it continues, probably will with the government now involved!!!

talk about your summer block buster

As someone who LIKES Mike North BUT questioned many
of the above mentioned ventures,the one that amazes me
the most is how someone who owned a hot dog stand at
one point could ever turn his nose up on 600-800 grand.
Pay cut or not,that was a great deal of money.

The bets were funny, his record was an overall loser.
He's a has-been and loser in everything he's tried since he left the score.

I would go even further. He's not just been a falure since he left the Score. The MNMS, which was supposedly under much of his control at the Score, was a piece of crap and a ratings failure as well.

But, but, but, but he interviewed Sly Stallone, got into it with Alan Keyes, and made the Scott Skiles' new contract happen!

One of the highlights had to have been Cece's pictures!

don't forget

he is in the chicagoland radio hall of fame(he paid to be inducted)
he has a column in the sun-times(someone else writes it for him)
he wrote a book(see above)
he claims he and his wife help over 200 charities(with what i have no idea)
his dream is to be a sports handicapper(how did that work out)
he claims he can go out and bring in his own sponsors(the only real big sponsor he brings in is a fucking ex-con who pays in stolen money)
he came up with the bit where some whorish looking interns bring him notes in the middle of his tv show(the more i think about it, considering how bad he looks on camera, this is probably the only good idea he has had in the past 15 yrs)

200 charties, hell I donated to at least that many over the last 10 years, Heart fund $10.00, Cancer reasearch $10.00, Salvation Army Kettle at least 10 times during the Holidays etc, etc

He gave $1 to the United Way which assists 200 charities.
