Just because the place went under doesn't mean you are no longer obligated to pay for the goods/services you received. You owe David Hernandez for the advertising you purchased from him. And since the SEC has frozen all of his assets you now owe that money to the SEC who can then use that money to start repaying all of the victimized investors such as the person dying of cancer.

I wonder how long it is before the A.R.D.C comes a callin....

He received services/goods so he most definitely could/should still be billed. When the FCE takes over the company and starts doing the accounting they will sell all of the assets/property in order to raise money to pay the victims/fines so they most certainly could send out invoices to scumbags like Spada who are trying to take advantage of this situation by getting something for nothing. Maybe they'll have Spada right a check directly to the woman dying of cancer who lost $80,000.

The ARDC might come calling as well since what Spada has done is tantamount to stealing and the ARDC doesn't look to favorably upon that.

But to trash out the WSCR lineup (except for Mully and Hanley) and to say he doesn't like the new manager there and to throw in his lot with Mike North, especially on a forum where the majority of us can't stand North?

Why would you not expect people to make fun of Spada as well? When you make a point that you think Pappy is the type you want to be associated with, not Murph or Boers and Bernstein; and then North then is connected with an alleged criminal?

How would you think people would act towards Spada?

Anyone can be made fun of—jokingly or otherwise—on this board. Spada is not a victim. He's an unsolicited self-promoter who uses his real name to post here. When his choice to ditch WSCR for the webio proved to be foolish—as many of us predicted it would be, scandal or not—shouldn't he catch some grief because of how proudly and publicly he made this business decision?
